Outhouse or cardboard box?

Barron and I are going to Loon Mountain next weekend for a trip with the radio station he used to work for. He started telling me a story about how the last time he went on this trip, he got smashed and ended up at a house party and somehow made it back to his hotel room. He then said he remembered the house in particular, because the top floor was getting an addition, and some of the doors "led to nowhere," even though they were on the second floor.

When I questioned the safety of the situation and the plausibility of this statement, suggesting perhaps the light was just out and the room was really dark, he insisted that this information was true.

Which is when we came up with this gem:

Me: "And then you told people you were going out to use the outhouse and woke up in a cardboard refrigerator box."

Barron: "The G in Maytag could easily be mistaken for the moon."
