A New Joke from Brian!

People post the weirdest things on the Internet. Take for instance these photoshopped pictures from of Reese Witherspoon. But that is beside the point. It is time for a new joke! Barron's roommate Brian is a fantastic joke teller. I can't remember half the jokes he tells me because there are so many and they are so good. He got me with this joke yesterday:
Brian: Did you hear about that actress from Legally Blonde who got stabbed today?
Me: Reese Witherspoon?
Brian: No, with a knife.

Easter Eggs
Me and my mom and my sister painted some Easter eggs for some Kulevich family type fun. This may seem like it was an innocent task, but sometimes things do not go to plan.
Here is the whole bunch. It was all fun and games until my mom found a permanent marker. It started with some faces, you can see smileys and a French dude in the front wearing a beret.

Then my sister professed her love for the Lord:
And then my sister made this egg:
FRONT:
BACK:
And then my mom decided she would make an egg for Barron:
You can tell it is for Barron because it has a goatee and a B on the back, just like Barron does:

Happy Easter!

Sorry for lack of posts lately, it has been busy. I started a St. Pats post, but I may not revisit that post, as it is no longer timely. However, Easter is right around the corner!

Paging Dr. Altman
Just thought I would let you guys compare these students medical students and decide which one doesn't seem to fit with the others:
Dr. Wu - I started my undergraduate experience at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as a Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics major (MIMG). Interest in racial and social justice studies influenced my decision to study Asian American Studies as a minor. During my undergraduate experience I tutored and mentored youth throughout Los Angeles and got involved with student and community organizing. Most recently, I spent a year organizing youth in the Chinatown of Los Angeles. After graduating in the Fall of 2004, I continued to work in the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Research Center up until leaving for New York. The last project I worked on dealt with the role of metabolic enzymes in Calpain3 deficient mice. More personally, I am a big geek at heart, I like to mess around with computers and other electronics.
Dr. Goldstein - Hey everyone, my name is Alan. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, not too far from the fabled "Cyclone" in Coney Island. I graduated from Stuyvesant High School in 2002, and continued on to Cornell University. While at Cornell, I spent two years researching parrot vocalizations at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. I also spent two summers in NYC researching the merits of allotransplantation of adipose tissue to treat leptin-deficiency in genetically obese mice. I graduated in 2006 with a BS in biology. In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball, fishing, birdwatching, and running.
Dr. Wong - I was born in Manhattan and raised in Woodside, Queens. Afetr growing up in the city, I really enjoyed going to the University of Michigan because of the change of pace and its college town feel. I graduated with a B.S. in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science in 2005. After graduating, I decided to take a year off to work closely with patients at Bellevue Hospital since I extremely enjoyed working there previously for the last seven summers. In my free moments, I love to play sports, particularly tennis and ice skating, and am an avid follower of college football (especially Michigan). Another passion of mine is partaking in community service activities. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
Dr Altman - Hi... I'm Sam. Here's a brief history: Born and raised right here in LI, I went to college in Philly and started The Disco Biscuits, the band that would consume the next ten years of my life. After all that time on the road, I finally had enough of the rock & roll lifestyle, and so I moved back to New York and did two years of post-bac work at SB. This has truly been a long, strange trip. I'm also a Gemini, and enjoy exercise, punk rock, and a stiff drink.
If they only knew...

Sadaam drives the T

Me and Beth have an old joke about Bigfoot driving the t. Well today, my train driver really looked like Sadaam Hussein. Which made me think about one of my favorite actors, Jerry Haleva. Jerry's only credited roles in movies were playing Sadaam, which I think is just fantastic. Well I decided to do a little digging, and it turns out he does not live in Boston and work as a train driver, but he is actually a contract lobbyist. Which I find kind of ironical.
Nothing Ever Happens on Mars

Barron does not know that nothing ever happens on Mars. And that it is "boring, boring, boring boring." I bring this up because Barron recently inquired about a land deal on Mars. Here is the exchange:---------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,What sort of natural resources are available?
Also, will there be sufficient parking?
Finally, are pets welcome?
Thank you, Barron

Type http://www.pro-per-ties.741.com/ into your browser. This is something that is developing and will keep developing in the next five years. The natural resources will be limited.
No pets.

Peeps
Easter is a-coming, and I sure do love holiday themed posts! I found a site today that was having a diorama contest using peeps. Some were creepy, some were funny. I picked out some of my favorites to share. If you can't see the detail on some of the pictures, click on the picture to enlarge. Enjoy!
