Yesterday, a study showed that incidents of sexual assault are down overall in recent years (I believe a 10-year low was cited.) Leave it to the Herald to decide that despite the decline, since the Red Line has the highest reported incidents of sexual assault, it shall now be known as "The Perv Line"
